Graduate Research Internship Opportunity with AROSE Group
Internship Duration and Hours/Week: An average of 5 hours per week (maximum of 20 hours per month) for approximately three months.
Hours: Standard business hours aligned to Eastern time zone

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated graduate-level student to conduct research in the specific areas of Leadership disciplines on which the AROSE Group points of view is founded. This role will play a critical part in expanding our knowledge library and shaping the intellectual backbone of future AROSE publications and service offerings. The intern will support our Founder-CEO by generating validated research that informs articles, journal submissions, periodicals, podcast episodes, and other media. As such, the research and findings will directly influence both AROSE’s internal thought leadership and the broader conversations we aim to drive in the field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct in-depth literature reviews that directly inform AROSE’s thought leadership, published research, and evolving frameworks on modern Leadership topics.

Assess the rigor and credibility of existing evidence to help shape AROSE’s official stance on emerging theories and strengthen the research foundation behind our offerings.

Identify critical gaps, contradictions, and future-forward themes in the current body of knowledge to guide where AROSE can innovate and contribute new insight.

Develop and refine research hypotheses that underpin upcoming AROSE studies, publications, and product concepts.

Build and maintain structured, searchable bibliographies that support ongoing research cycles and accelerate knowledge development across the organization.

Draft literature review sections and theoretical frameworks that will be integrated into AROSE’s research papers, white papers, and client-facing intellectual property.

Synthesize and present research insights to the Founder-CEO and broader team to shape strategic decisions and guide the evolution of AROSE’s point of view.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Currently enrolled in a graduate program (MA/MS, MBA, MPP, MEd, PhD, or related field) with a focus on organizational leadership, psychology, organizational behavior, management, sociology, or related disciplines.

Strong academic research skills, including the ability to conduct systematic literature reviews, evaluate evidence, synthesize academic sources, and proficiency in the research database landscape.

Demonstrated proficiency in academic writing, especially summarizing research and articulating theoretical frameworks into plainspeak.

Ability to analyze complex ideas, identify gaps or contradictions in existing research, and generate clear, logical insights.

High level of attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to accuracy.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to maintain structured bibliographies and research databases.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-academic audiences.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
