We’re seeking a thoughtful and relationship-oriented Business Development Executive who is passionate about helping organizations thrive through leadership development, coaching, and organizational design. In this role, you’ll be the first point of connection for prospective clients, working to understand how to help them grow their leaders and their business.

Your role is to guide them to the right-fit solutions, from leadership development training and executive coaching to consulting engagements, by translating their needs into tailored offerings rooted in AROSE’s expertise. You’ll partner closely with our Founder and Practice Leads to ensure every client conversation is grounded in empathy, insight, and strategic value. This is an opportunity to shape the way we grow, and how our clients experience AROSE.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and engage senior HR and business leaders (e.g., CEOs, COOs, Presidents, CPOs, Talent, OD, and Learning leaders) whose needs align with AROSE’s expertise.

  • Lead meaningful conversations to understand client goals and provide tailored offerings.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to proposal and deal closure with a focus on value and fit.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and goals. Develop tailored account strategies to maximize value and continue to grow the relationship. 

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the team to co-create solutions and ensure delivery excellence.

  • Share client insights to inform strategy, improve our services, and enhance the client experience.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • B2B sales experience, selling HR consulting, professional services, and/or tech

  • Experience selling to HR executives and senior executives, and navigating complex organizations

  • Sales track record of success

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close complex, consultative sales

  • Enthusiasm for working in a start-up/entrepreneurial environment

  • Highly accountable, self-starter

  • Solid business acumen and ability to understand diverse client industries

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Collaborative, communicative, team player

 

ELIGABILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

  • Interested candidates must apply to be considered

  • Must be willing to travel for work related business, if necessary

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • This is not an entry level role


BASE RANGE COMP: $110K to $135K based on relevant experience. Uncapped upside earnings potential tied to performance. Competitive benefits package. 

 

REMOTE WORK POLICY:
AROSE is a fully remote organization, however, this role will need to be based in or driving distance to New York City.
