Lalita’s experience has taken many interesting turns and to a variety of organizations, including Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs. But what’s led her to coaching and consulting is what she calls the “inner” journey - what motivates each one of us, sets us up to thrive, be our best selves, and holds us back. She has most enjoyed this area of work and finds it to be the most fulfilling way to serve her clients. When Lalita first came to the U.S. 30 years ago, she wanted to be a therapist, and instead pursued a career in financial services, and then social impact and employee engagement. Her coaching approach “Integration with a Foundation of Wellbeing” stems from the awareness that integrating all that is important to us is imperative to fulfillment and wellbeing. Lalita holds an MBA from The University of Chicago.
