Collage Your Way To Your Dreams - Vision Board & Vino

We can activate magic in our lives when we dare to dream. A very fun and creative way to tap into your intuition and make your dreams a reality is by vision boarding. Using magazines, you will cut out words and images that inspire you and represent what you want to create in your life in the short-term or long term. Vision boards are crafting with a purpose.

According to research, visualization works because neurons in our brains interpret imagery as equivalent to a real-life action. This creates a new neural pathway -- clusters of cells in our brain that work together to create memories or learned behaviors -- that primes our body to act in a way consistent to what we imagined. Visualization also has been proven to increase performance and reduce stress.

At the Vision and Vino workshop, you will be guided through a process to create your own personal vision board to activate your dreams. No experience, artistic ability or magical powers required. You are magical already! Let’s tap into it and have some fun!

The workshop will be led by Emily Frieze-Kemeny, a coach, healer, and entrepreneur.
